At Gary Mann Total Property Management we provide full service property management for owners of single and multi-family residential properties. Additionally, we manage commercial and apartment buildings as well as mini storage units. We also offer tenant placement programs for owners that manage their own properties. Gary Mann Total Property Management currently has about 550 residential units under management and employs 4 Property Managers, a fulltime Bookkeeper & Secretary. We are also open on Saturdays by appointment.
